Every clean is insured for theft, property damage, key and lock replacement. Please note, insurance is only valid for tasks carried out whilst inside the boundaries of your home Yes, we have £2,000,000 public liability insurance. There is an excess of £100 on most claims, you would be responsible for 50% of the excess amount. The insurance cover is in force to provide peace of mind in the event of any major occurrence. Cleaners should not be asked to clean or touch valuable or very delicate items. Cleaners should not be expected to clean items or areas that could breach any health and safety conditions.

We only require one months notice, if you decide to leave us for any reason.

The agency fee of £3.50 per hour (or £4.00 for fortnightly) is paid by standing order on a monthly basis. The Home Help fee of £16.00 per hour is paid to the Home Help in cash or cleared funds after they have completed the clean. £19.50 (Or £20.00 for fortnightly) is the total charge, without additional extras. We do NOT charge VAT or additional travelling costs.
